Samantha is an installation, light and video artist whose work has been selected for exhibition in Vivid, The Cool Hunter, Globelight and many other festivals including Taste, Dark Mofo and Splendour in the Grass.  Samantha’s work primarily deals with multi-sensory stimulation through light and motion, specifically relating to the perceptual phenomena of Synaesthesia and she is well known for her diary-inspired, colourful, abstract and eclectic neon sculptures.  

She was nominated for the Blake Prize in 2015 and has been featured in multiple publications including Sydney Morning Herald, Inside Out, Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. She has had work commissioned by the likes of Hermés, Playstation, Rekorderlig, and Emma Mulholland (MBFW) and her work can be found in public and private collections both in Australia and overseas.

She was the Director of Kaleidoscope Gallery for four years and Platform72, which was funded by the City of Sydney’s revitalisation initiatives. Since 2020 she has lived on the Central Coast of NSW and in addition to being an artist is a practicing counsellor and psychotherapist with a special interest in holistic and progressive treatments for concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, grief and loss and perinatal health.
